Yeah, I had short hair back then. It was so much easier to chase after kids without it falling into my face.

Chris, the hair is a little darker now, and lots longer. The mood changes a bit more frequently, but I’m still pretty damn happy. And Patti, all little kid hugs are best.

donna know bout that, i had three little girls to collect hugs from, but by the time they were 11 i couldn’t get close enough to ’em to get hugs, but my boy still lets me hug him (just not in public)
little boys seem to just really really love their mommies extra special good. and he cooks for me, makes me cookies…

Eh, all kids go through that “Don’t hug me! Don’t hug me” thing in public. Thankfully, both of mine got over it.
