Crazy Moon

DaGoddess @ 01:46

I missed the full moon every night this week and was only able to get out about 40 minutes ago to catch what was left of it tonight. It was sort of crazy looking, especially through the tall eucalyptus trees. Must be the rain we had earlier and the rain that’s yet to come.

The only alteration on these images was cropping and adding my label.

Moon Take 1

Moon Take 2

Every Day, Saturday. I have photos from Tuesday to share but those will be done later.

Also including this in the View from Your Studio blog project.

  1. Beautiful! I didn’t even know it was a full moon week until Thursday morning. I got up early workout and when I opened the blinds to see if it was snowing – there it was. It was gorgeous.

  4. I saw the moon on Tuesday night coming home from my doctor’s appointment and dinner. It was great! But I was so wiped out I couldn’t even imagine getting the camera out. And then I was busy, busy, busy every night after.

    Glad you like the photo!

  6. Thank you.

It made not getting a shot of the full moon a little easier to take.

  9. That’s because you took a very nice photo of the moon yourself, Mike. Only difference is that I had that halo from the clouds and rain and a really tall hill with the eucalyptus tree trying to take over the shot here. Seriously, they acted like they were more important than the moon.

    Leah, thank you!
