nope, and nope.
I’m hoping Garden Wife comes over and can identify it. She’s usually so good at that.

I think it’s Caesalpini gilliesii which I have also seen called the Red Bird of Paradise. The one who called it that said it’s a desert flower usually seen in Arizona.

You’ve given us this sort of quiz before, and I failed miserably :-)
I typed the phrase “long red stamens” [note the quote marks] into a search engine and asked for an Image search instead of a web site search.
For a change, no pornographic sites came up along with the usual incorrect photos, but there were several images similar to yours [but of less photographic quality]. By now the XXX sites have probably caught onto the search and will embed the phrase somehow into their wares. So be careful.
Anyway, once I had a scientific name for it, I repeated the search with that name to be sure, and I gave you the site I judged to be the best source resulting from that search.
Week 3 of each semester with a fresh batch of students I teach “Stupid Google Tricks.” I can hardly wait to use this next semester as my example of Advanced search and Beginner’s evaluation :-)

Now that’s a pretty cool lesson to give to students, Lloyd. And for once, I’m surprised that Google didn’t porn you.

Yes. It’s a good thing I teach college students, who are– officially at least– adults :-)
