History Shows Again and Again How Nature Points Out the Folly of Man
“With a purposeful grimace and a terrible sound
He pulls the spitting high tension wires down”
Godzilla!
Oh yeah, baby!
Blue Öyster Cult.
Fremont Street.
FREE!
And I got photos.
And memories.
What a great night!
And the cowbell? Perfection.
YOU are living the life!

yes, if The Life includes smelly drunk and smelly homeless people. LOL
It was fun. Very fun. When you come to Vegas, you really need to plan to come at a time when Fremont Street has stuff going on. It’s crowded. It’s insane. but it’s also really fun.

Just thinking about the song “Godzilla” the other day and considering it for one of my Musical Interludes. Also loved 1983’s “Take Me Away”, a now-obscure BOC track that got a lot of airplay back in the day on LA’s premier rock stations (at the time) KMET and KLOS.

We didn’t get that tune that I remember, Dave, but we did get Cities on Flame With Rock and Roll.
