You know, at the risk of being deemed sacrilicious… I couldn’t help but notice the striking similiarity between “Rue The Day” and early KISS, in particular their 1st 2 albums from 1974 (their self-titled debut and “Hotter Than Hell” albums).
I wasn’t into KISS when they were popular, but met a KISS fanatic a while back who made me sit down and listen to a full album or 2 of their early work. I’ll be darned if they didn’t put out some very good music.

Hmm, never noticed that. I’m gonna have to go back and give everything a serious listen.
As for KISS, I’m a fan. Always have been, always will be. Not sure why, but they managed to hook me early. Glad you gave them another listen and found something to like.
