If Wishes Were…

DaGoddess @ 01:37

I’d so end up in San Diego in August to see…are you ready for this? CROWDED HOUSE!

Tickets are super expensive though. Oh well. I’m going to keep checking to see if they’ll end up in Vegas at some point. A girl can wish, can’t she?

Unrelated, here’s a song I love.

Gotta follow that one up with something lovely.

And really, if wishes were fishes, I’d grab hold of a big’n and hold on tight.

  1. People may think Lynryd Skynyrd is the pinnacle of southern rock, but once I got hopelessly burned out on “Freebird” I started listening more to the Allman Brothers. Once briefly blessed with one of the greatest guitarists in rock history (the late Duane Allman), their music just seems to get better with time. My personal favorite is “In Memory Of Elizabeth Reed”, which you can also find them doing live on Youtube and I just may do as a Musical Interlude someday. Great stuff.

  2. Jonny Lang will be here in a couple of weeks at one of the local casinos. It would be kind of fun, but I don’t know that I could take the noise or crowds.

  3. Dave, Allman Brothers rock. No need to say more. Skynyrd — I’m still a fan. I even still like Freebird.

Jan, the crowd and the noise is worth it to see Jonny. He’s a good man and I’d go out of my way to support what he does. Long story, but he’s a doll.

  4. Still, I’ll pass. Unless you get your butt up here and go with me.
