I thought it looked hot-rod red and mechanical, but I still couldn't place it. Whose car?

Just one of the many cars that I admire on Wednesday evenings. Pretty cool, eh? Nice '38 Chevy. I'm working on editing the rest of the photos so that you can see some of the other cars....my favorite '57 Nomad amongst them.
