So very much too tell!
Be glad I'm not a huge caffeine addict otherwise I'd be rambling for days.
Have a ton of pics to upload and share. Two in particular. You won't want to miss it!
To sum up the day briefly, 21 days ago a request for TV equipment was made. 21 days ago. The money was raised, the equipment gathered, and it will be shipped out to Iraq on Saturday. You don't see those kinds of results anywhere. Not in a regular business. Not in the military. Not anywhere. There was no hemming and hawing about who'd head up the committee to get the money together. No wondering who'd handle the purchases. No dithering about where things should be shipped. The request was made, the money was raised, the equipment purchased, and now it's ready to be put to use. In 21 days. Un.Real.
Leadership and the right partnerships make all the difference in the world.
The Marines and Spirit of America are the perfect partners.
They get things done.
More soon.
