Just Another Day In Paradise

I may have too close a relationship with antibiotics. I can tell one from another just by the smell. On my hands. After I've washed them a few hundred times. I just noticed this as I was sitting here with my head in my hands, musing about life and such. I notice these things (the little details) and feel an incredible need to share them with someone.

It's pouring rain right now. I like it. I feel awful that I'm sending my guest out into the rain alone for breakfast, but I'm certain he'll manage.

Speaking of that guest, he's been a gentleman and a dream. I woke up yesterday afternoon to find that my car (the rolling disaster) had been impeccably cleaned. Guests like that are welcome here anytime. Ladies, he's single! You should know that he's sweet, funny, cute, brilliant, motivated, and possesses many great qualities that are difficult to put into words.

Listen to me....I'm sounding like an online dating service. That's okay. For someone nice, I don't mind.

My throat is scratchy once again. Kinda goes along nicely with that sinus pressure thing. I've been working all night and have a deep desire to sleep - which is exactly what I will be doing here after my shower...in my warm, cozy bed with lots and lots of blankets. (Little details, again, make all the difference.)

So, what your saying is that he had to gut your car completely.

Sleep is good! Wish I wasn't having to experience it alone. Ah well....

I hope you are feeling better when you wake up!

"Ladies you should know he's single, [etc.]...."

I must vehemently object that I do not recall a thing about this interlude. She must have rupheed me. But, what else is new?

WoW, that's all I say. Friends like that should come around more often!
