Friday Five

Why not?

1. What housekeeping chore(s) do you hate doing the most? All of it. While a clean house is great, I hate doing any of it myself.

2. Are there any that you like or don't mind doing? I guess I don't mind cleaning the shower. I can do that while I'm already in there.

3. Do you have a routine throughout the week or just clean as it's needed? I need a routine but I generally wait until I have to or have the time to do it.

4. Do you have any odd cleaning/housekeeping quirks or rules?

Oh hell yeah!

I'm also very particular about how towels and pillowcases are folded.

Towels: Holding them the with the longest part hanging down, fold the corners in - so the towel is folded in thirds. Then, fold down lengthwise in half and half again.

Pillowcases: Hold so that the shortest part is hanging down. Fold widthwise in half. Then, in half again, followed by lengthwise in thirds.

Don't even ask about how I store the little pegs for Battleship.

5. What was the last thing you cleaned? The kitchen.

I fold towels different to everyone I know too. And yes, it MUST be done my way too. Sorry Tony and Greg, I know you are trying to help, but if you can't do it right... well do it anyway, cos I can't be stuffed!

Okay, so the way you fold towels is just weird. So wrong in so many ways, but I love ya anyway... you can just never come to my house and fold my towels, is all. Every friendship has it's limits - we've found ours.

My way of folding towels is perfectly reasonable! They fit nicely into the linen cupboard and look pretty just sitting around folded. Trust me on this one.

Of course, I also hate when things aren't completely dried in the dryer and end up smelling yucky......that's the latest pet peeve.

Ok. I thought i was the only one who folded towels that way... so much for being unique ;o>

my pillow cases on the other hand require one less fold.
